From Financial Capitalism to Human Capitalism
Paul Bessems in 60 seconds:
1. Father, son, brother, partner, friend, colleague, co-worker…… people, the most important values in my life.
2. The fact that there are companies, doesn't mean that you HAVE to work there. Wondering why we take the ground rules of our society as given circumstances: for work we go to a company, for health care, security and education we go to the government and for money we go to a bank? Why?
3. Knowing that our political economic system (Financial Capitalism, Capitalism 3.0) cannot solve the problems we are facing in the 21th century. Like Albert Einstein said: you cannot solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created the problem in the first place. The world we created is a product of our thinking, to change the world we have to change our thinking.
4. Independent advisor and researcher on subjects:
Human Capitalism
(new society thinking, Capitalism 4.0);

(new economic thinking) and
Weconomics
(new organizational thinking).
5. Weconomics architect. Weconomics is a
model

6. Independent consultant, trainer and coach in the deploying people smarter field: improve productivity, flexibility and our ability to innovate. Integrate the concepts Prodis, Social Media, Community Based Working, Cloud Computing and World of New Work.
7. Set up and support Weconomics communites.
With Weconomics we don’t change traditional work organizations (repair a ‘house’) we build a new ‘house’ and invite people and processes to work in our new ‘house’.
8. Independent community software architect: software that works time, place and organization independent and is based on profile -> connect -> collaborate.
9. Independent logistic consultant in data transport, storing en repackaging.
10. Independent Prodad architect (Process & Data Driven information system) the web we forgot to develop. Web1.0 is technique (HTML, HTTP etc.), Web2.0 interactive websites and applications (Apps). Web2.0 is information driven and not process & data driven.... we forgot to standardize data: the raw materials for information and knowledge. Why do we have to entry the same data over and over again?
